Our company is committed to transparency, integrity, and responsible conduct. To reinforce these values, we provide a secure and confidential reporting channel in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).
Through the BKMS® whistleblower system, employees, business partners, and external third parties can submit reports of potential legal violations or other breaches of regulations. The system is available 24/7 and can be used completely anonymously if desired.
All incoming reports are treated with strict confidentiality. The protection of the identity of whistleblowers, affected individuals, and third parties is guaranteed at all times. Reports are handled exclusively by authorized and trained personnel.
