WASI supplies components similar to DIN, fasteners that are not specified in norms and customer-specific parts made according to drawings. All manufactured by using different techniques such as punching & bending, lathing & milling, swaging & extruding, forging & casting and welding.

Apart from conventional and CNC turned, milled and plain turned parts, our services also include punched, bent and lasered parts as well as cold and hot-formed parts made with multi-stage presses. offer economical production solutions when combined with ideal tool constructions (follow-on and bending tools, precision cutting technology).
2D and 3D laser cut parts (laser technology)
Laser beam tools are an established and proven technology in metal fabrication and manufacturing. The laser beam works without mechanical contact, without physical pressure, distortion-free and without any wear and tear. The limits of the technical feasibility are being continuously extended. The laser beam tool is multifunctional, useful for welding, cutting and permanent indelible engraving of surfaces. The most difficult and tight radius cutting, transitions and contours can be economically produced even in limited lots and small numbers. Welding by laser beam has the advantage of high production speed and, due to controlled minimal heat transfer, a very high quality of the welding seams. Excessive material thickness can bring the application of laser technology to its limits. In such case, we recommend the use of water jet or plasma cutting as an alternative solution.
