The WASI MARITIM division was established in 1997 and, today, offers a premium selection of stainless steel products. This product range covers everything required on board: anchors, chains, bitts, deck equipment such as cleats, railings, locks, catches, hooks, hinges, wire ropes of all kinds, clamping elements including tighteners, terminals, clamps, thimbles, blocks, turnbuckles and forged shackles.
WASI MARITIM is particularly proud of its Ground Tackle System (GTS) including the WASI Power Ball – WASI’s patented and German Lloyd-certified anchoring system.
This product, in particular, shows how beneficial it is that MARITIM has passionate technical buyers and developers among its ranks.
If it were not for these buyers and developers, we would be unable to guarantee the quality of our remaining product range. Since our products are usually not subject to any regular standard, it goes without saying that the material and dimensions of our WASI MARITIM products are checked upon their receipt and that we audit our suppliers on a regular basis to determine their strengths and weaknesses.
Thanks to their quality, our maritime products are used in other areas than shipyards and boat and yacht construction. They are now also bought by customers doing business in agriculture and horticulture, architecture as well as food and sewage technology.
