WASI is looking for High school graduates
WASI has been a company that takes on training apprentices for many years. Educating and training own employees is our ambition, because our apprentices today will be our excellent employees of tomorrow.
You can expect a potpourri of different tasks. You will find at WASI everything a proper apprenticeship needs, from less demanding tasks to the support of colleagues during daily business to highly interesting project-teamwork. Quickly changing demands characterize daily business at WASI. That is why we are looking for apprentices that are able to cope with a heavy workload, that are stress resistant, flexible, relaxed and willing to accept these challenges.
Apprenticeship
In order to achieve the aims of education all apprentices run through all departments that are important and relevant for the respective job. In each department they are accompanied and supported by a selected professional (training assistance), who gives them skills and know-how to take along.

Job-related course of studies
We have developed an innovative and practically-relevant concept for the trainings as management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade and management assistant in IT-systems, meaning that WASI offers the possibility of a job-related course of studies next to the ordinary apprenticeship trainings.

- You are capable of working independently and take responsibility for your actions?
- You are able to organise yourself and aware of the double workload with a job-related course of studies?
During your first apprenticeship year we will find a convenient point in time for you to start with your studies for the job-related course of studies according to the following jobs:
- Management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade (m/f) in relation with a Bachelor of arts (FOM)
- Management assistant in IT-systems (m/f) in relation with Bachelor of Science (FOM)
You will study at the Fachhochschule für Ökonomie & Management (FOM) in Düsseldorf and receive the Bachelor of Arts or the Bachelor of Science degree within seven semesters.
This short duration of courses of studies is only possible because of highly efficient organized studies with perfectly structured content. Theoretical knowledge can be put into action immediately.
